While classified as a Speedster, Gengar can function more as an Attacker with this build and is excellent for quickly bursting down enemies. This build takes advantage of Gengar's near-endless Hex and Sludge Bomb combo. Def., and Defense can be freely traded for the other stats. The build's Boost Emblem loadout should consist of 6 Green Emblems for more damage and 4 White Emblems for additional HP. You can use it defensively or offensively. X Speed makes up for the reduced mobility you have since the build uses Dream Eater instead of Hex. penetration, improving its damage output. Slick Spoon further increases Gengar's Sp. and increases Gengar's minimum move damage. It's best to use this build in the jungle, allowing Gengar to level up faster and get its core moves. This build focuses on weakening targets with Shadow Ball and damaging and disabling them using Dream Eater. The builds are still viable even without the suggested emblems. The emblem color and stats here are suggestions only. Fixed a bug affecting this move's timing.
